This lovingly illustrated oracle deck is based on sea nymphs, known as Nereids in Greek mythology. The deck consists of 97 cards and a 57 page guidebook describing their corresponding divinatory symbols. I created this project over the course of a decade, employing a distinctive style consistent in color, line, and interplay with negative space eliciting a sense of timelessness. Elegant figures flow with sinuous lines, manifestations of admonishment and prophecy. Each card depicts the delicately rendered sisters in powerful scenes immersed in blue sapphire tones, long tresses harmoniously intermingling with the waves.
